Using the “Instant Web Publishing” feature, you can quickly publish information or create custom Web interfaces with XML data and server-based XSLT processing. Instant Web publishing also lets you publish your database as Web pages within a local network or intranet. And by employing the “Site Assistant,” you can easily create new XSLT sites.

For added security, Server 8 Advance gives you the option of enhancing the FileMaker Pro security system by optionally encrypting data transferred between hosted databases and desktop clients using the SSL protocol. User accounts and passwords can be efficiently managed through external authentication using industry standard Active Directory and Open Directory.
